DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
We ship perfume, candles and jewelry to the USA and Argentina.
Perfume is available by request to select countries around the world. Shipping will be handled by correo argentino and your local post office once it reaches the country of destination. Email us to confirm your item is available. Please note we are not responsible for items you may refuse to sign for or are retained by your local customs. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Please allow 14 days for your package to arrive.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and arrive within 2-7 days. Please note that perfume ships ground and may take a little longer to arrive to the West Coast or more remote areas. Fragrances are not elegible for return. Jewelry arrives within 2-3 days once it has shipped. Please allow for additional time for your piece to be handcrafted by our artisans, each piece is created specially for you.
ARE THE fragrances VEGAN & Cruelty-Free?
FRASSAÏ candles and perfumes are certified vegan. Our products do not contain animal ingredients or ingredients derived from animals such as dairy, eggs, bee products or animal enzymes. We do not test on animals - fragrances comply with the requirement of the EU cosmetic Regulation (EC) N°1223/2009 regarding the ban on animal testing.
Please note that our portable Eau de Parfum rollerball contains a natural Argentine leather tag. It is available with a regular label upon request (please indicate during checkout).
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY JEWELRY?
Our jewelry is handcrafted locally and in small quantities. We offer engraving and will gladly craft your piece in 18k gold upon your request.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Fragrances are not elegible for returns. Should you wish to exchange your fragrance for a different one, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. FRASSAÏ will not accept exchanges if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way. You will be responsible for any additional return, shipping and handling charges.
