Returns & Exchanges
Should you wish to make a return or exchange by mail, please contact us by email at email@example.com to make arrangements.
You may return your jewelry creation to FRASSAÏ for exchange or refund to the original credit card within 10 days of receipt. You may return only jewelry in new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place. FRASSAÏ will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way. Please note that sale, custom-made, custom-size, and engraved items are final and thus not eligible for returns. Perfume and/or fragrance items sold on frassai.com are not eligible for returns.
Once FRASSAÏ has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. FRASSAÏ is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from FRASSAÏ, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to FRASSAÏ. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We are unable to ship to military APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.
